Leena has been a Director at Pearl Smile for over 15 years, balancing her time between clinical dentistry and the day-to-day management of the practices. She has played a key role in the group’s growth, overseeing the opening of new sites and ensuring each provides a full range of treatments alongside high-quality NHS care.

Outside of dentistry, Leena is a busy mum of three, proudly juggling family life with her role as a multi-practice owner.
